DOWNTOWN HOWELL will be buzzing with excitement during Balloonfest Weekend. Many of our local businesses are planning twilight events on Friday evening and promotions all through the weekend. The Fantasy of Lights Fundraiser, Balloons and Brews on State St. from 1-5p.m. on Saturday. Be sure to plan on visiting our amazing Downtown to dine, shop and experience all that Howell has to offer.
